Research Trip - Yuri Santos Rego
This month, Yuri Santos Rego will be visiting Dawid Kielak (at the University of Oxford), Ian Leary and Peter Kropholler (at the University of Southampton), and Brita Nucinkis (at the Royal Holloway University of London) for some research work.
Hopefully these will be productive research visits!
Lange Nacht der Wissenschaft
Die Lange Nacht der Wissenschaft findet am 11. Juni 2022 statt. Unsere Arbeitsgruppe beteiligt sich mit zwei Aktionen:
- Olga Varghese und Isobel Davis halten einen Vortrag zu Zahlenrätsel und Geometrie.
- Petra Schwer wird live zusammen mit Thomas Kahle eine Podcastfolge von Pi ist genau 3 aufnehmen.

On Wednesday 18 May, Olga Varghese will give a talk on "Automatic continuity-prominent examples in geometric group theory" at the Algebra seminar in Lincoln.
